mailPrimer 1-2-many is a powerful email newsletter and campaign management solution that offers dynamic segmentation, multiple templates, the capability to survey your customers and full customisation.

  • Provides for automatic personalisation, e.g. name, company name and other recipient details based on existing fields in the database and automatically inserts coupons, promotions and much more, which you can offer to any particular groups or field.
  • Offers powerful automatic rules-based database segmentation, allowing multiple templates to be automatically selected based on the recipient's details. Groups or defined fields can be either determined on-the-fly or pre-selected. They can be specified for a particular campaign or customised for sending birthday greetings, membership reminders and other indiividualised messages.
  • Offers full tracking, including tracking of recipients *on* your website - not just a landing page - if used with Imprint analytics and tracking solution.
  • Has advanced reporting features including tracking number of emails sent, received, opened, who opened, how many times opened, links clicked, number of clicks per link and both hard and soft bounces.
  • Automatically inserts coupons, promotions and much more based on different groups or fields.
  • Provides all the normal features you would expect from a leading solution (garbage collection, database management, unsubscribe, refer a friend, update, double opt-in management, dynamic template that you can modify at will etc).
  • Provides full landing page management. Landing pages can be any page on your website - tracking straight from there we track what really matters to you - what your suspects and prospects are thinking about your offering!
  • Provides full database management - we allow our customers to integrate their database within their website, allowing their prospects and customers to add and update their details, modify their subscription settings, request to be contacted, etc. This information is then directly accessible from our mailPrimer 1-2-many application, allowing you to create powerful segmented campaigns using up-to-date data. Moreover, that data can be easily synchronised with any SQL or Microsoft application (including Excel and Outlook).
  • When used with Calcium Software's Imprint web analytics tool, mailPrimer also tracks landing page, mean time across campaigns on landing page, time taken by a specific recipient on a landing page, navigation from landing page to other pages on the website and full monitoring feedback delivered to either a CRM system or database for further re-segmentation.
  • Offers a 'refer a friend' feature with free text section. By combining mailPrimer 1-2-many with mailPrimer 1-2-1, refer a friend' can be customised to contain an HTML web page an a unique newsletter template, which can ether match the original campaign or deliver an entirely different message.
  • Provides automatic double-opt in management
  • Provides automatic subscribe/unsubscribe management by showing the actual information on the recipient held in your database through a web interface.
  • For each email campaign, recipients receive only one email - no duplication is possible with mailPrimer 1-2-many.
  • Provides automatic email campaign management at specific dates, through simple rule creation. Campaigns will be launched automatically at any date specified.
  • Offers full integration with most CRM packages, including Microsoft CRM, Prism, Sales Force, Siebel.
  • Is available as an ASP or a server solution.
